Hey I’m
Jess Chan

Jess Chan is the founder & CEO of Longplay, a full-service retention & lifecycle marketing agency for DTC e-commerce brands. Jess bootstrapped the agency - scaling to 7-figures in revenue in the first 18 months, and since then the business has continued to scale sustainably and profitably with a remote team. Longplay has generated $300M+ in email revenue working with clients from startup to $500M+.

As a previous Chief Marketing Officer of a multi-million dollar DTC e-commerce company, Jess built Longplay to fill the massive gap in the product & service quality that agencies were offering. Through a focus on systematic marketing strategies and intensive team development she has been able to perfect a white glove client experience that achieves results.

Her background in risk modeling, statistics & behavioral economics, have allowed Longplay to develop a data-driven & proprietary approach to marketing for clients. These same principles have been applied to building Longplay in developing a sustainable product & service model with a profitability and scalability significantly above industry standards.

Jess has been sought after as a SME in DTC e-commerce marketing, retention & lifecycle marketing and progressive agency business modeling. She is taking her expertise to the next level as a speaker, podcast guest, consultant and product developer.

What Jess remains most proud of through all of her success is her ability to scale her company sustainably while upholding the core values of the Longplay culture; empowerment, accountability, curiosity, transparency and integrity.

Jess has been featured in Entrepreneur, spoken at DX3, Digital Growth Summit, Baby Bathwater Mastermind, Founder Mastermind, Affiliate Summit & EcomWorld most recently.
